The aim of the Guild is to invite and encourage women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and to enable them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action.

Meetings in The South Hall, Kirkintilloch Road at 7:30 p.m. on alternate Thursdays and as otherwise indicated.

100th Birthday!

Our Guild member, May Braid, was 100 years old on Saturday 30 November 2019. Here she is, with Margaret Dundas and Margaret Neely, wearing the Guild stole, a gift from Cadder Guild to mark her birthday.

By the time you read this we will be almost half way through our session.

Our Coffee Morning was a great success and was very well supported, as always. We thank everyone who contributed to the success of the morning by donating items for the stalls, tea room or who came along to enjoy a morning with friends.

Fifteen of us are also looking forward to the National Council Carol Service in St. George's Tron Church on Friday 6th December.

Our Christmas night is on Thursday 12th December and our members are very much looking forward to this.

Our 2020 programme starts on Thursday 9th January when the speaker will be Agnes Malone and her title is My Journey. Agnes had to cancel last year through illness and we are very much looking forward to her visit. Angela Molloy from Church House will be with us on Thursday 23rd January and on February 6th our very own John will speak on our theme Companions on the Road.
