The aim of the Guild is to invite and encourage women and men to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and to enable them to express their faith in worship, prayer and action.

Meetings in The South Hall, Kirkintilloch Road at 7:30 p.m. on alternate Thursdays and as otherwise indicated.

Our Fund Raiser for our Projects - A Concert by the Arietta Singers- was a most successful evening. The sum of £556 was raised. We would like to thank everyone who came along and supported us on this evening and making it such a success.

We have now completed the first year of our new theme "ONE JOURNEY MANY ROADS"- Seeking the Way. We have had over the last year some very interesting and varied speakers including ones from the two projects we are supporting this year - Malawi Fruits, Growing the Future and the Boys' Brigade, Faith in Young People.

As this session comes to a close the new committee over the next few weeks will be looking to the Autumn and making up the syllabus for 2019 - 2020 which we are sure will be just as varied and interesting - themed ONE JOURNEY MANY ROADS- Companions on the Way.

Just a reminder to our members. There are a few tickets left for THE BIG SING in Edinburgh on Tuesday 21st May at 7pm.

THE ECHOES of ASSEMBLY meeting is on Tuesday 11th June in St. Columba's Parish Church Kirkintilloch at 7.30 pm and is open to all Guild Members. If anybody would like a lift please let us know.

We wish everyone a very good and happy summer with plenty of sunshine.
