Cadder Kids
Cadder Kids is our name for the traditional Sunday School. We love the term as it covers all children from babies upwards.

Weekly service
Families meet in church for the first part of the Sunday service then we walk the children up to the North Hall where we have stories and activities - and maybe even a snack and drink. Young babies are a large part of Cadder Kids and join us for their own little story and play, along with their parents who can get to know each other and become part of the church's larger family.
We also have a WhatsApp chat for anyone who is involved with Cadder Kids. It's an easy way to keep up-to-date with upcoming events and activities, such as Chat & Play sessions or our Muddy Church. If you'd like to join, please speak to one of the Sunday school staff or our minister, John.
What we do
Our curriculum is based on materials designed for different age groups and linked to the topics we explore in church throughout the year. Groups join in other activities including art and craft work, prayers and poems, stories, readings and discussion as well as outdoor discovery in the summer time. Young people are encouraged to share in special family services and festivals such as Harvest Festival, Christmas and Easter. Babies and little ones are equally welcome to stay in church with their parents, if they prefer, and all are welcome.
If you would like more information about our youth activities please get in touch via the Contact page.
Equally, please feel free to just come along and join in. All are welcome!

Messy Play
Our Nurture team runs our weekly Messy Play for children under 5 every Tuesday and Thursday morning (during term time) from 10.30 am until 11.30 am in Cadder South Hall. Find out more on our Messy Play page.
